These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignalNow.dev ("SignalNow", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
SignalNow.dev provides a hosted "banner backend" service that allows users to configure messages via a web interface and retrieve those messages through an API for display on their own websites or applications ("Client Sites").
API responses may be cached and delivered through third-party content delivery networks, including Cloudflare, to improve performance and reduce origin load.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and API keys. All activity performed using your API keys is your responsibility.
You agree not to share, sell, or publicly expose your API keys. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or API keys have been compromised.
The Service provides API endpoints to retrieve configured messages. API responses may not reflect real-time changes due to caching.
You acknowledge and agree that:
SignalNow is not responsible for delays, stale data, or inconsistencies caused by caching layers.
We may apply rate limits, usage caps, or other restrictions at our discretion. Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of access.
You retain ownership of all messages, text, and other content you submit or configure through the Service ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant SignalNow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, transmit, and serve your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and how it is displayed on Client Sites. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.
SignalNow does not review, moderate, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of User Content.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
SignalNow is not responsible for any failure to deliver messages, banners, or API responses due to service outages, downtime, maintenance, network failures, CDN issues, or third-party service disruptions.
You acknowledge that if the Service is unavailable, your messages may not be retrieved or displayed on Client Sites, and SignalNow shall have no liability for such failures.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account or API access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, your usage poses a risk, or we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, access to the Service and APIs will cease. Cached content may persist temporarily after termination.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding User Content), including software, APIs, documentation, and branding, are owned by SignalNow.dev.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalNow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to SignalNow (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalNow, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your User Content, Client Sites, or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
